Shipping

Orders ship via USPS or UPS depending on weight.

Order Processing Time

The time I need to process an order varies, but typically takes 3-5 business days. Some items are made by hand so they are not ready to ship when ordered.

Returns Policy and Refunds

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

  • If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at healingwindsreiki@gmail.com and send your item to:

Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds:

  • Gift cards

  • Services (Reiki Sessions, Card Readings, etc). No refunds will be given on Reiki sessions after the session has been completed. You may cancel a Reiki session for a full refund if I am contacted over 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours of your session you will receive a 50% refund. If you fail to login in to the Google Meet for your session, no refunds will be given.

Partial refunds are granted

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-2 business days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Sometimes as long as 3-5 business days.

  • If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at healingwindsreiki@gmail.com

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable!

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Are your stones natural?

Yes! All of my beads come from reputable suppliers and nearly all are natural gemstones. The exceptions to this are the Blue Crab Fire Agate and Dragon's Vein Agate. I try to stock up on beads as much as I can in person at the Denver Gem Show, but since it's only once a year, I have 3 suppliers in Texas, California and Illinois that I regularly restock from--who are also at the gem show. Since gemstones are unique they vary quite a bit in appearance. Some varieties of agates and jaspers may even be different colors, this is perfectly normal, and just an example of how varied nature can be. Do not be alarmed if your bracelet has a few beads that are more green or more clear than others, they are all still the same stone.

How should I cleanse the negative energy of my gemstones?

Although your stones are cleansed with Reiki prior to shipping, after wearing for some time they may absorb some of the negativity around them. This is a good question and varies depending on the stone. Some will recommend water and salt baths, but those can be very damaging to some stones. For example, Selenite will simply dissolve in water! A safe method would be smudging. The smoke of white sage will remove any negativity. You can also set them on a slab of Selenite. Selenite is a self cleansing stone and will remove negativity from other stones placed on/near it. Lastly, you can leave them on a windowsill in the moonlight. I don't recommend putting them outside, as small critters may be attracted to the shininess and run off with them!

Will my stone look exactly like the one pictured?

Your raw crystal/stone (or other gemstone item) will only look exactly like the picture if the listing specifically states you are purchasing the item pictured. As these are natural gemstones there will be some variations in shades of colors and some may be more transparent or opaque than others. This is perfectly normal as color schemes and opacity can vary between different pieces. Each stone is unique (like us!) and that gives them a little character. :)
